Our swings are constructed from Pressure Treated Lumber, while other pieces are made from 5/4” Pressure Treated Lumber (same lumber used in construction of outdoor decks.)
There aren’t any nails used in the construction of my furniture. Each piece of my furniture is assembled with no-corrode or brass screws and zinc plated carriage bolts, s-hooks and eyebolts. The chain used is 3/16” Proof Coil, with a working load limit of 750 lbs per each chain.Everything is glued with exterior grade (water-proof) glue.
