These frames come professionally welded from 23/8” primed pipe, and come in 3 sections. I then, grind and prime them with a specially formulated primer that’s designed for pipe. Many people leave them like this. They can be painted, with no fear of the rust bleeding through. I've had one in my backyard for 22 years, with no rust.
